friday
Terms of service
Last updated: April 22, 2026
What you're signing up for
Friday is a follow-up CRM for technical founders. You connect your Gmail and calendar; we generate a weekly queue of people worth following up with; you review it in your terminal with the heyfriday CLI and send drafts back out through your own Gmail account.
Pricing
$50/month after a 14-day free trial. No card required during trial. Cancel any time from the billing page — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Your responsibilities
- Only use Friday for email accounts you own or have been authorized to manage.
- Don't use it for unsolicited bulk outreach — that's not what it's built for and it violates most email providers' terms.
- Keep your MCP bearer token private. If it leaks, rotate it from settings.
Our responsibilities
- Keep the weekly digest running. If we miss your scheduled slot (downtime, bug), we catch up and still send you a queue.
- Keep your data isolated from other customers (row-level security on every query).
- Delete your first-party data within 24 hours when you ask. (See privacy for the third-party caveat.)
- Notify you before any material change to these terms.
No warranty, limited liability
Friday is provided as-is. The drafts we generate are suggestions; you're the one clicking “send”. We're not liable for any downstream consequence of what you send. If the service is unavailable, we'll credit you a prorated day — that's the extent of our liability beyond the amount you paid in the last three months.
